Senior Marketing Manager

Arihanta Institute's mission is to build a world-class online institution for deeper learning of the Jain tradition, its principles, and how they apply to daily life for the benefit and well-being of individuals and society in light of today's most pressing concerns. We offer courses that bring allied fields of inquiry into dialogue with the Jain tradition, including animal studies, environmental studies, social justice, psychology, professional ethics, and more. Our curriculum comprises six areas of learning: Animal Advocacy and Biodiversity, Climate Change and Environment, Jain Philosophy, History and Anthropology, Social Justice, Yog

Primary Duties

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of strategic growth opportunities, initiatives, and services for marketing, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Understand customers' needs and pain points to shape campaign messaging on behalf of customers and partners.
  • Create and manage marketing objectives, strategies, and policies externally and internally in
  • alignment with company goals and plans
  • Track, measure, and communicate the performance of campaigns and results (ROI, KPIs, etc.) to
  • demonstrate the effective and efficient use of resources and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Translate the marketing vision into specific projects, action plans, and tactics.

Skills & Experience

Essential Versatile in marketing communications, including writing, in all present-day marketing channels – online, social media, emails, website content, print media, etc. Public relations communications for educational institutions Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and technologies Versant in SEO / SEM Proficiency in the English language. Desirable Familiarity and experience in spiritual, environmental, sustainability, social good or yoga studies or similar areas, preferably in dharmic studies – Jain, Hindu, Buddha, or Yoga traditions – would be perfect if one has an excellent working knowledge of Jain tradition. Addressable global markets: Jain community, and other communities like Vegan, animal rights, sustainability and environment, Yoga communities, and other related markets. Primary focus on Millennials, but addresses Gen-X and Gen-Z as well. Full-time, or part-time at start and transition to full-time soon. Fully or partially remote or in-person working based in North America (preferably)

Education
