What does it take to turn intellectual curiosity into a meaningful research path?

Join faculty and current students for a conversation about graduate study through the Master of Arts in Engaged Jain Studies, a fully online program offered by Claremont School of Theology in collaboration with Arihanta Institute.

Designed for students interested in religion, ethics, ecology, yoga, and social engagement, this unique MA program brings Jain philosophy into conversation with contemporary global challenges.

During this session, prospective students will learn how to shape their academic interests into a focused graduate research trajectory while gaining insight into the program’s curriculum, application process, and student experience.

Students in the program may also pursue optional concentrations in Yoga Studies or Veganism, Animals, and Ecology.

In this session you will have the opportunity to:
  1. Meet faculty and current MA students
  2. Learn how students develop research topics and academic pathways
  3. Ask questions about the curriculum and learning experience
  4. Understand what makes a strong application

Applications for Fall 2026 admission are due June 1, 2026.
